Evidence instead of claims

Why a file with numbers and sources convinces more than a statement.

“I cannot pay” is a claim. A cash-flow table with a reference to every document is evidence.

A good report:

  1. separates data from assumptions,
  2. shows which factors decide the result (Tornado),
  3. quantifies the uncertainty (Monte Carlo),
  4. reaches a clear, verifiable conclusion.
