When a household or a small business says it cannot pay, the question is not only “how much does it owe” but “what can it really pay, and with what certainty”. MLC3 answers that question with a fixed procedure: the same steps, the same criteria, and every number referenced to the document it came from.

Three principles

Evidence

Every income, cost and debt is linked to a document. Whatever is not documented is marked as an assumption.

Uncertainty

Scenarios instead of a single number: sensitivity analysis (Tornado) and Monte Carlo simulation.

Reproducibility

The same data always give the same result; a third party can check the report.

Who it is for

  • Individuals and households with debts to the tax administration.
  • Freelancers and small businesses with variable revenue.
  • Lawyers and accountants who need independent, numerical evidence for the file.
  • Researchers studying debt sustainability ratios.

Important. MLC3 is an analysis tool. It does not replace legal or tax advice and does not prejudge the decision of any authority.

How we work

  1. First conversation — you describe the case; we give you a list of documents.
  2. Data (N1–N5) — recording and checking income, costs, assets and debts.
  3. Analysis (N6–N10) — liquidity, cash flows, ratios, scenarios, sensitivity.
  4. Synthesis (N11–N14) — Monte Carlo, conclusion, PDF report and monitoring.
